About WILLIS ROADSIDE TIRE SERVICE
WILLIS ROADSIDE TIRE SERVICE is a tire shop in St George, South Carolina. It is listed at 9272 Charleston Hwy, St George, SC 29479, which places it among the local businesses of St George that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

I came in the early morning with my family to change the tire on our car and the man suddenly started insulting and threatening us, saying that if we didn't leave the yard he was going to call the police, I don't know if this was Google map's error because it said it was open for 24 hours.

I got a slow leak on a road trip and it was after 6:30 and all the tire places were closed. This shop said 24 hour service but I didn't know what to expect . I was picturing haveing to call and wait for a roadside repair or maybe not even get through to someone and sleeping in a parking lot. It was only about 14 miles from where I was so I pumped up the tire and headed there. I was so relieved to see the guy working on another vehicle when I pulled in. He got me back on the road really fast. It was a great experience and friendly service. Finding this place so close by at that moment was real blessing.

Very thankful for this service. Our daughter was driving back to school from a late night flight and her tire blew out on I-26. He had a spare tire, met her where she was and changed it for her. He was respectful and courteous. We are out of state so we are thankful for services such as this. She was able to go on her way back to her apartment.

We paid $539 via CashApp for a used tire, but the technician arrived with a completely worn-out tire. Our driver refused it and requested for a better tire as that is in bad shape. The technician left and never answered our calls or emails. . We told them on email they could keep the $200 Gone on Arrival (GOA) fee, but asked for a refund of the remaining $339. Instead of working with us, they have ignored our calls and even blocked us. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this company at all. They take your money, provide poor service, and refuse to issue refunds.
